About Shapiro Law Firm, P.A.

Shapiro Law Firm was founded in 1997 by its founding partner, Paul A. Shapiro, with the stated purpose of representing wrongfully injured persons and advocating full, fair and just compensation for our clients. We have a well-earned reputation of standing up for the rights of our clients and providing the highest quality representation. We know personal injury law! Fighting for the rights of injured people and their families is our passion and our business.

We do not and will never represent big corporate interests or the interests of insurance companies. We do not and will never practice other areas of law, such as criminal law and family law.Personal injury law is our exclusive area of concentration.

Shapiro Law Firm has a wealth of resources to fund the most complex injury cases; cases that typically involve costly expert witnesses such as physicians, economists, life care planners, and accident reconstruction engineers. We have and will continue to go toe to toe with the billion dollar insurance companies to obtain full, fair, and just compensation for our clients.

If you or a loved one has been wrongfully injured, please know we can help! Contact us for a free consultation so we can put our resources to work for you. We understand that some times injuries prevent clients from traveling and, if that is the case, we will bring our free consultation to you at your home or the hospital. Thank you for your interest in Shapiro Law Firm and we look forward to serving you and your family should the unfortunate need arise to hire a personal injury lawyer.

An initial discussion with us about your case is free of charge or obligation, and we only charge a fee if we're successful in recovering an award for you. We will not ask you to pay a retainer fee up front, because we recognize that most people cannot afford to do so. Our fees are based on a percentage of any recovery we make for you. This is called a contingent fee agreement.
